Plans change
A fair cancellation policy.
Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged 25% of the fare. Cancellations made within two hours of pickup and no-shows may be charged 50%.
There is no cancellation charge for verified flight cancellations or delays. We'll work with you to adjust your ride whenever possible.
Privacy: We use the information you provide to review and serve your ride request, communicate about transportation, maintain customer records, and send optional offers only when you choose them. We do not sell your personal information. Reply STOP to opt out of automated texts.
Website analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, engagement, device information, and actions such as starting or submitting a request. We do not send names, phone numbers, addresses, flight information, or ride notes to Google Analytics.
